Returns Policy

If You're Not Happy We're Not Happy!
At National Autism Resources customer satisfaction is our number one goal. We want to assist you in finding the best products and information to meet your needs. We are committed to making sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase!
 
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). For a refund we ask that items be returned in their original packaging, in like new condition. We will ship these items to someone else so if you send it back please make sure that you yourself would feel happy to receive it!

Please take care when ordering therapy equipment. Swings and sensory furniture are often custom made per order and cannot be returned without a significant restocking fee of up to 40% depending on the item. If you have any questions at all about this please feel free to contact us, we're here to help!

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of oral motor and chewable products.

Product Warranty
Our products are intended to be used with qualified adult supervision and common sense. Manufacturers' safety recommendations need to be followed as indicated. Developmental age of individuals should be used for safety recommendations.

National Autism Resources (NAR) warrants that all products shall be free from manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of shipment. OTHER THAN THE FOREGOING WARRANTY, National Autism Resources MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO MERCHANT ABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE PRODUCT. Customer must notify National Autism Resources of any manufacturing defect within five days of discovery of the defect. Upon a determination by National Autism Resources that the product is defective, National Autism Resources sole and exclusive obligation shall be to provide customer with a replacement product or a full refund of the purchase price, at the sole discretion of National Autism Resources, and to reimburse customer for any return freight costs. In no event shall National Autism Resources be liable for any other costs or expenses including lost profits or direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages. In the event the product includes a warranty card or extended warranty from the manufacturer, customer's sole recourse under such warranty shall be against the manufacturer. The warranty set forth herein shall govern all purchases, notwithstanding any inconsistent terms and conditions of customer's purchase order. National Autism Resources. disclaims, and assumes no liability or responsibility for any kind of damage, expenses, accidents, or injury to either individuals or property associated with the use of any products sold by the National Autism Resources.
