Do you accept purchase orders?

Can I place my purchase order over the telephone?
It usually takes 5-10 business days for orders to reach U.S. customers and 10-14 business days for Canadian locations. Please note that all shipments to an APO or FPO may take 6 to 8 weeks.Do you share my personal information?
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Please take care when ordering larger therapy equipment. Swings and sensory furniture are often custom made per order and can not be returned without a significant restocking fee of up to 40% depending on the item.
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of oral motor and chewable products.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of sending in your package. However, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
