This is a great product for kids with poor fine motor skills and difficulty sustaining movements. It is really good for hand over hand cutting.

These were a great tool for my daughter. She is little and small framed and they were perfect for her little hands and easy for her to close. They were perfect for kindergarten readiness.

Great Start to Art, September 28, 2011

This was an great product for my autistic son of 5yrs of age. He is challenged in the fine motor area and this scissor was a good first step to learning and teaching the concept of cutting. He is now cutting with the two loop scissor thanks to this product. I would give it an excellent but the edeges are a little sharp so you need to keep an eye on your child when cutting but other wise this was an awsome stepping stone to cutting during art time.
