I think this would be wonderful for a mother to wear and allow her child to use it as a teething ring.

I purchased this for my 7 year old son with PDDNOS who constantly bites his shirt collar. I guess he is an aggressive biter as he immediately destroyed the clasp for the necklace. I ended up tying the strings together but I need to find an alternative as the disk itself is great for him because he reaches for it before he gets to the shirt collar.
