The Cascade S liquid motion toy is an approximately three minute timer featuring two colors of liquid flowing in a gentle s formation. This gentle formation creates a calming visual effect. Two colors flow down a staggered plane for about three minutes. Note: Keep out of direct sunlight. Product works best at temperatures between 32-122 degrees Fahrenheit (or 0-50 degrees Celsius. This is fun just to look at for visual stimulation...great to use for time outs too so child has something to visually capture his attention and help stay in quiet time out for 3 minutes or so...

With twin boys using ABA services this is a great "preferred item" that both will "work" for. It seems to calm them also if they are on the brink of a meltdown. The behavior instructors like them too.

Not just my daughter, entire family loves it. You never get tired of turning it upside down and watching it over and over. Very soothing and relaxing.
